My stock pick screener
My strategy of stock picking is using screener. I follow the value investing screener, introduced by Benjamin Graham, with slight modification. The return so far (2 months) is more than 3 percent. However, this does not show that this screener is good enough. It needs more time to prove it. These are my steps on stock picking:
1. Find low P/E, lower than the inverse yield of risk free rate (1/risk free rate) and lower compared to other company in the same business.
2. The company is constantly giving dividend every year.
3. ROE > 20 % and ROA > 10 %.
4. Average EPS growth 15% in five years.
5. Debt-to-equity ratio < 1.
